Two new Asphixiator albums (White and Red)
Due to other commitments, A Hat Made of Mexico was never completed to satisfaction. As a result, I am shelving the project until further notice, and attention is shifting towards a more film-able, and all-round better film we aim to produce this Summer.

I have recently started refurbishing my c afepress shop with new products and designs. I have also decided, for no good reason, to start offering items shown here to be purchased, beginning with music releases. I know nobody will ever buy my crap, but I'm becoming more and more interested in the product of an album as a whole rather than any one element. So from now on, I will be producing simple hand-made packaging for my albums. Obviously there won't be any mass production going on, so these will be produced as labeled CD-Rs.
If anybody decides for some reason to actually purchase one (yeah right), I will make up the package to order and ship it out in a suitably padded envelope. The cost will be just enough to cover postage and materials; since the music is available for free here on the site it doesn't make any sense to charge for it. I estimate that this will put the cost at £1-4 depending on the type of packaging. These will be available through a PayPal Shopping Cart which accepts credit and debit cards as well as PayPal transactions.
The first release to feature a package available for purchase will be the new Cluster8 EP. In keeping with the lo-fi aesthetic of Cluster8, it will be a simple colour printed brown cardstock sleeve with a card insert. I think it's quite pretty in a sort of a quaint way. I know nobody will buy it, but still it makes me feel good to have it available, almost like I'm a real musician and timidelfdesigns is a real independent music label. To that end I'm also introducing catalogue numbers, which will start from Genus Bioluminescent (ted001).
Also in the pipeline is another new project called The Tank Lung, which aims to explore new avenues opened by the forthcoming completion of my home recording studio Wounded Ears. That should be fun for everyone.

By hosting my creative work here, and not via Myspace, Youtube or any other content-hosting community site, I retain absolutely all copyrights on my work, no matter how small. Even though this stuff has pretty much no commercial or creative value to anyone other than myself, I still feel it important to protect my own work. If this means that my "audience" is small or even non-existent, then so be it.
